Charles Darwin leerde ons 150 jaar geleden: “It is not the fittest of the species that survives, it is the most adaptable to change”. Onze veranderende samenleving en de komende stelselwijzigingen in de jeugdsector vormen continue uitdagingen voor de JGZ om – samen met ouders en andere partners in de zorg – groei, gezondheid en ontwikkeling van kinderen te optimaliseren en waar nodig complexe problemen te reduceren. Cruciaal daarbij blijft de vraag: “En wat heeft het kind er nou aan?”
