Abstract
Ruptured subcapsular liver hematoma post-ERCP is a serious and very rare complication. We describe a 33-year-old woman who underwent ERCP after being diagnosed choledocholithiasis and developed a ruptured subcapsular liver hematoma with surgical resolution.
