Plasmon-Assisted Transformations in Metal-Amorphous Chalcogenide Light-Sensitive Nanostructures

Abstract

Laser irradiation induced changes of optical parameters in the layered structures which consist of gold nanoparticles and amorphous As2S3 were investigated and modelled in the framework of Bruggeman approximation for localised plasmons with aim to show the influence of plasmon fields on the optical recording process.
