Abstract

MALT lymphoma are extranodal marginal lymphoma arising from lymph tissue associated with mucous membranes. Their location in the lacrimal sac is rare and is a cause of secondary lacrymonasal obstruction. We report a case of MALT lymphoma located in both lacrimal sacs, which resulted in complete remission following systemic chemotherapy combined with rituximab.
