Zusammenfassung

Die Speicherung von Elektrogrammen in Schrittmachern und ICDs stellt eine wichtige Bereicherung bei der Erfassung von asymptomatischen Arrhythmien (z. B. paroxysmalem Vorhofflimmern) und der Unterscheidung zwischen adäquaten und inadäquaten Therapien dar. In dieser Übersicht sollen anhand einiger Beispiele die Informationen gespeicherter Elektrogramme in Systemen der Fa. Boston Scientific dargestellt und Hinweise zu deren Interpretation gegeben werden.

Abstract

The storage of electrograms in pacemakers and ICDs represents an important step forward in the detection of asymptomatic arrhythmias (e.g., paroxysmal atrial fibrillation) and the distinction between appropriate and inappropriate therapies. This review presents via clinical examples the information provided in stored electrograms in systems from Boston Scientific and tips how to interpret them.
