Isoliertes extraossäres Plasmozytom der Konjunktiva

Zusammenfassung

Es existieren zahlreiche Formen von Bindehauttumoren. Mittels Anamnese und Spaltlampenmikroskopie kann zunächst eine Verdachtsdiagnose geäußert werden. Wir berichten über einen 39-jährigen Patienten, welcher sich aufgrund eines schnell wachsenden Bindehauttumors am linken Auge vorstellte. Die histologische Befundung nach Resektion des Tumors ergab die Diagnose Plasmozytom. Die hämatoonkologische Komplettierung der Diagnostik ergab keine weiteren Auffälligkeiten, sodass die Diagnose eines isolierten extraossären Plasmozytoms gestellt wurde. Im Verlauf wurde eine perkutane Strahlentherapie durchgeführt.

Abstract

There is a wide variety of conjunctival tumors. A good diagnosis can be reached by discussing the case history with the patient in conjunction with a slit-lamp examination. Presented here is the case of a 39-year-old patient with a rapidly growing conjunctival tumor on his left eye. After tumor resection and histological analysis, a plasmacytoma was found. The completed hemato-oncological analysis gave no further suspicious pathological results, leading to the diagnosis of a solitary extramedullary plasmacytoma. Percutaneous radiotherapy was carried out.
