Abstract
A dramatic case of squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) on both palms in a 70-year-old is presented. The lesion appeared on the palms simultaneously and no causal factors were found. During his work, he came into contact with liquid acid from car batteries. The diagnosis of SCC on both palms was confirmed histologically. Because of its unfavorable progress, a new surgical stage was performed to excise a left metastatic axillary tumor involving the brachial plexus.
