Zusammenfassung

Dieser Fallbericht zeigt die seltene Komplikation eines iatrogenen Pseudoaneurysmas einer versorgenden Kniearterie im Anschluss an eine Rekonstruktion des vorderen Kreuzbands (VKB) in All-inside-Technik. Ursachen und Therapiemöglichkeiten werden erörtert und mit der aktuellen Datenlage in der Literatur verglichen.

Abstract

This case report demonstrates the rare complication of an iatrogenic pseudoaneurysm of an artery supplying the knee following reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) using an all-inside technique. The causes and treatment options are discussed and compared with the current data situation in the literature.
