Zusammenfassung

Plastisch-rekonstruktive Eingriffe nehmen in der Urologie zu. Die Verwendung des optimalen Materials, d. h. z. B. freier Hautlappen oder gestielter Muskellappen, ist hierbei für den einzelnen Eingriff von entscheidender Bedeutung. Vorgestellt werden Technik, Indikationen sowie Grenzfelder und Innovationen zu und in anderen operativen Disziplinen.

Abstract

Plastic reconstructive surgery is of increasing importance in urology. The choice of the optimal material, for example dermal graft or musculocutaneous graft, is decisive for the operative success of each procedure. We present the technique, indications, innovations, and mutual fields with other operative disciplines.
