Zusammenfassung

Die Atemnot gehört zu am meisten belastenden und am häufigsten auftretenden Symptomen in der Palliativphase von Kindern und Jugendlichen. Der vorliegende Artikel fasst die Datenlage in der medikamentösen und supportiven Therapie der Dyspnoe in der Kinderpalliativmedizin zusammen und formuliert Empfehlungen zur Behandlung dieses Symptoms.

Abstract

Dyspnea is amongst the most distressing and common symptoms in paediatric palliative care. This article analyses paediatric data on supportive and drug treatment of dyspnea in palliative care and provides treatment recommendations.
