Zusammenfassung
Vulvazysten sind seltene und gutartige Entitäten. Es handelt sich um epidermale Zysten, die sich nach Trauma oder Operation entwickeln können. Die Entwicklung kann auch spontan erfolgen. Die Zahl und die Größe der Zysten variieren. Sie wachsen langsam und neigen zur Verkalkung. Die Behandlung der Wahl ist die operative Entfernung der Zysten. Andere Therapieoptionen wie die Pinch-punch-Exzision, die Hitzeanwendung und die Inzision kommen ebenfalls infrage.
Abstract
Vulvar cysts are rare und benign entities. They are epidermoid cysts which may develop following trauma or surgery. They can also spontaneously develop. They vary in number and size. They grow slowly and tend to show calcification. The treatment consists of surgical removal. Other methods are pinch–punch excision, heat application, and incision.
