Zusammenfassung
Die angeborene Nachtblindheit kann ohne ophthalmoskopische Symptome auftreten (essentielle Hemeralopie) oder mit Netzhautveränderungen verbunden sein (Morbus Oguchi, Fleckretina nachKandori und Fundus albipunctatus cum hemeralopia Lauber). Hier wird über eine kongenitale Hemeralopie berichtet, bei der klinisch vor allem die Aderhaut verändert ist. Mit Hilfe des Elektroretinogramms konnte gezeigt werden, daß es sich nicht um eine tapetoretinale Degeneration handelt.
Summary
Congenital night blindness may occur without any ophthalmoscopic symptoms (essential night blindness) or in connection with retinal changes (Oguchi’s disease,Kandori’s spotted retina and fundus albipunctatus cum hemeralopia Lauber). The authors report about a congenital night blindness in which mainly the chorioidea was changed. By aid of the electroretinogram it was possible to show that a tapetoretinal degeneration was not present.
