Summary
The ultrastructure of contacts between nerve terminals and lymphoid cells in a lymphoid myeloid organ, the jugular body, ofRana pipiens, has been analyzed. The results are discussed emphasizing their importance for functional relationships between the neuroendocrine and lymphoid systems.
