Zur Chemotherapie bei Trophoblasttumoren

Zusammenfassung

Mit Hilfe einer prätherapeutischen Risikoeinstufung von Patientinnen mit Trophoblasttumor kann nach standardisierter Diagnostik eine dem individuellen Risiko angepaßte Therapie erfolgen. Bei Einhaltung der angegebenen Richtlinien kann sowohl eine Untertherapie als auch Übertherapie zum Schaden der Patientin vermieden werden.
