Zusammenfassung

Hemicholinium-3 (HC-3) in den 4. Ventrikel der Katze verabreicht, bewirkt langsamen Schlaf. Vorbehandlung mitpara-Chlorophenylalanin vermindert die Wirksamkeit des HC-3- Hemmung zentraler cholinergischer Nervenzellen führt vermutlich zur Freisetzung von Serotonin und damit zu langsamem Schlaf.
