Über die hepatische Aufnahme und Konjugation von14C-Bilirubin bei der chronischen lymphatischen Leukämie

Zusammenfassung

Bei 12 Patienten mit chronischer lymphatischer Leukämie wurden die Halbwertszeiten der hepatischen Bilirubinaufnahme (H1) und Konjugation (H2) sowie Mittelwerte und Korrelationen hämatologischer Parameter und Parameter des Bilirubin- und Leberstoffwechsels bestimmt.

Die wichtigsten Ergebnisse sind eine leichte Erhöhung der Halbwertszeiten H1(+27%) und H2(+21%) gegenüber der Norm, eine negative Korrelation von H1 zur Bluthämoglobinkonzentration, eine positive Korrelation von H2 zur Zeit nach Diagnosestellung und das Fehlen von Korrelationen von H1 und H2 zur Leukozyten- und Thrombozytenkonzentration des peripheren Blutes.

Summary

Half-time of hepatic uptake (H1) and conjugation (H2) of bilirubin, mean values and correlations of hematological data and data of bilirubin metabolism and hepatic metabolism were determined. The essential results are as follows:

A slight elevation of H1 and H2 compared with normal persons, a negative correlation of H1 with blood hemoglobin-concentration, a positive correlation of H2 with time after diagnosis and no correlations of H1 and H2 with leucocyte and platelet concentration.
