Summary
Two cases of spontaneous ventriculo-aerocele are described. Both patients were eighteen years old and had previously been treated for obstructive hydrocephalus by Torkildsen's bypass, eleven and thirteen years before.
Findings relating to the aetiology are described as are some of the problems of treatment.
