Neuroregenerative Wirkung von Pyrogenen

Zusammenfassung

Mit dem Corneatest wurde die Regenerationsdauer durchschnittener Hornhautnerven von Kaninchen unter Einwirkung von 2 Polysaccharid-Pyrogenen nach intravenöser Injektion geprüft. Die beiden Pyrogene verkürzten innerhalb eines engen Konzentrationsbereiches die Regenerationsdauer um 30 bzw. 40%. Die neuroregenerative Wirkung war unabhängig von der Temperaturerhöhung durch die Pyrogene.

Ribosenucleinsäure, auch in pyrogener Konzentration, zeigte keine neuroregenerative Wirkung.
