Recording of asymmetric renograms following a toxic affection of the kidneys

Abstract

A patient with myoglobininduced acute tubular interstitial nephritis was found to have initially an asymmetric renal affection as evidenced by renography. No anatomical or physiological explanation of the finding could be established.
