Insect parasites of the green peach aphid,Myzus persicae Sulz., and their control potential

Zusammenfassung

Von den ungefähr 30 bekannten Hymenopterenarten, welche die Grüne Pfirsischblattlaus (Myzus persicae) parasitieren, sind 10 Arten relativ häufig und u. U. im Rahmen einer biologischen Bekämpfung verwendbar. Die drei ArtenEphedrus persicae, Aphidius matricariae undDiaeretiella rapae zeichnen sich durch eine relative hohe Vermehrungsrate aus und verdienen besondere Aufmerksamkeit. Ein erfolgreicher Einsatz im Freiland in der gemässigten Klimazone ist durch das im Vergleich zuM. persicae höhere Temperaturoptimum der Schlupfwespen erschwert. Bessere Aussichten auf Erfolg bietet der Einsatz von Parasiten im Gewächshaus und in Form von jährlich wiederholten Massenfreilassungen im Freiland.
