I=0,035 bzw.R Iω=0,018 erreicht.
Summary
Cu12−xTe4S13, the tellurium analog of tetrahedrite, Cu12Sb4S13, was synthesized under hydrothermal conditions at 230°C. To determinate the structure, the intensities of 31 powder lines, containing 47 Bragg reflections were measured on a diffractometer. The powder data were refined by full-matrix least-squares techniques. For the atomic arrangement, which corresponds to that of tetrahedrite, final disagreement indicesR I=0.035 andR Iε=0.018 were obtained. [TeS3] has a pyramidal shape with tellurium at the vertex and three sulfur atoms at the base. The 3-coordinated Cu-position (12e) is only partially occupied. Therefore the structural formula reads Cu6[4]Cu6−x[3][TeS3]4 k, x≈2.
