Abstract
An 11-year-old boy with Noonan syndrome presented with shortness of breath secondary to a large spontaneous chylothorax. He was subsequently shown to have pulmonary lymphangiectasia and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Dietary management of the chylothorax has successfully relieved his symptoms, although significant effusion persists.
