Summary

Larvae of Hypoderma bovis can pour out their digestion-enzymes to the front (saliva or regurgitate of midgut) or to the back (by feces). Substrate labelled by radio-isotopes was rhythmically taken up every 7 hours ± 45 minutes, while the labelled feces were deposited continously.

Zusammenfassung

Die Larven von Hypoderma bovis können iher Verdauungsenzyme durch Speichelabgabe und Regurgitation von Mitteldarminhalt nach vorne sowie mit dem Kot nach hinten abgeben.

Radioaktiv markiertes Substrat wurde von den Larven im Rhythmus von 7 Std ±45 min aufgenommen. Die Ausscheidung des Tracers erfolgte dagegen kontinuierlich.
