Summary
This report presents a summary of the Intermediate size (15 kW – 1000 kW) photovoltaic system applications which have been installed or are being planned for installation in the United States of America. The systems summarized include those funded under the U.S. National Photovoltaic Program and those funded and constructed by the U.S. private sector. The systems are described and operating characteristics of installed systems summarized. Design and operating problems are presented to provide information for future designers and manufacturers.
