Abstract
The scope of this chapter is to develop an algorithm to attain current position of a mobile user whether stationary or moving. It will efficiently disclose the actual coordinates of a mobile phone bearer. A new hybrid technique has been proposed in this chapter, where the localization methods have been modified in order to improve accuracy in location estimation. This chapter can be significantly manifested in a series of mobile tracking services.
