Erworbene anorektale Erkrankungen bei Kindern und Jugendlichen

Zusammenfassung

Hierunter werden v. a. die anorektalen Abszesse, Fisteln und Analfissuren zusammengefasst, die meist Säuglinge oder Kleinkinder betreffen. Treten sie später auf, sollte immer an eine mögliche Assoziation mit chronisch entzündlichen Darmerkrankungen, insbesondere einem Morbus Crohn, gedacht werden. Erkrankungen wie Hämorrhoiden, Analhaut-/Rektumproplaps und Verletzungen sind im Kindesalter selten.
