Zusammenfassung
Internet- und mobilbasierte Interventionen (IMIs) bieten die Möglichkeit, das Versorgungsspektrum für psychische Erkrankungen zu ergänzen. Sie können als evidenzbasierte niedrigschwellige Angebote sowohl Betroffene erreichen, die klassische psychotherapeutische Maßnahmen vor Ort trotz Bedarf nicht in Anspruch nehmen, als auch in diese integriert werden, um die Wirksamkeit und Qualität von Psychotherapie weiter zu steigern. Der folgende Beitrag beschreibt den konzeptionellen Ansatz internet- und mobilbasierter Interventionen sowie deren Einsatz und Wirksamkeit in unterschiedlichen Phasen der psychosozialen Versorgung. Darüber hinaus wird ein Überblick über den Stand der Implementierung von IMIs im deutschen Versorgungssystem mit einhergehenden Chancen und Risiken gegeben.
