Digitale Interventionen zur individuellen Prävention und Gesundheitsförderung

Zusammenfassung

Digitalisierung verändert die Art und Weise, wie Prävention und betriebliche Gesundheitsförderung gestaltet werden. Digitale Anwendungen ermöglichen eine vergleichsweise einfache Erfassung von gesundheitlich bedeutsamen Merkmalen des Arbeitsplatzes, von Gesundheitsverhalten, gesundheitlichen Ressourcen oder Beschwerden. Es werden Qualitätsanforderungen an entsprechende Anwendungen vorgestellt und insbesondere die Probleme von sozialem Benchmarking diskutiert. Anwendungen mit dem Fokus auf die Messung von Merkmalen können gleichzeitig als eigenständige Interventionen fungieren oder sie eröffnen andere unmittelbare Handlungsmöglichkeiten und verknüpfen Analysen mit der Ableitung von Maßnahmen. Internet-Interventionen und mobile Anwendungen bilden den Schwerpunkt digitaler Angebote in der Prävention und Gesundheitsförderung. Vor dem Hintergrund von digitalen Endgeräten, Nutzungsmustern und darauf abgestimmten Trainingskonzepten werden die Potenziale beider Formate aufgezeigt. Mit Blick auf den deutschen Sprachraum wird eine Übersicht zu vorhandenen Trainings für Berufstätige, vor allem deren gesundheitlicher Wirksamkeit gegeben. Die großen Unterschiede zwischen den Trainings verdeutlichen, dass jede Internet-Intervention und jede mobile Anwendung separat bewertet werden müssen, um digitale Prävention und betriebliche Gesundheitsförderung evidenzbasiert und verantwortungsbewusst gestalten zu können. Schließlich werden mögliche Risiken und Nebenwirkungen diskutiert.
