Rassismus und der „undankbare Andere“ in den Niederlanden

Zusammenfassung

Seit Beginn dieses Jahrhunderts lässt sich im öffentlichen Raum der Niederlanden zunehmend Rassismus gegen „den Islam“ und gegen Migrant_innen beobachten. Dies zeigt sich besonders offensichtlich in der anhaltenden Popularität der extrem rechten Bewegung „Partij voor de Vrijheid“ (Partei für Freiheit, PVV). Als 2009 ein neues Europaparlament gewählt wurde, war die PVV der große Gewinner.

Dieser Aufsatz wurde 2014 erstmals auf Englisch publiziert und wurde von Dietlind Falk aus dem Englischen ins Deutsche übersetzt.
