Zusammenfassung

Die Behandlung der erworbenen blasenbildenden Autoimmunkrankheiten stellt nach wie vor eine Herausforderung für den in der Klinik oder prak tisch tätigen Hautarzt dar, vor allem wegen des bei Diagnosestellung unvorhersehbaren, meist hoch chronischen und schubweisen Verlaufs einiger Er krankungen und den möglichen Komplikationen und Nebenwirkungen der heute verfügbaren Thera piemaßnahmen. Nicht zuletzt die Angst der Patien ten vor diesen Nebenwirkungen und ihre wachsende Bereitschaft, sogenannte alternative Behandlungs formen zu erproben, zwingen uns, die Behandlungs möglichkeiten immer wieder zu überdenken und durch neue — wenn möglich — nebenwirkungsärme re Maßnahmen zu ergänzen. Unabdingbar ist eine optimale äußerliche Therapie, die schmerzstillend, infektionsverhütend und heilungsfördernd sein muß, und die umfassende allgemeinmedizinische Betreuung in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fach disziplinen zur Stabilisierung des Allgemeinzustan des und zur frühzeitigen Erkennung und Prävention therapiebedingter Nebenwirkungen.
