Ansatzverlagernde Eingriffe am Obliquus superior bei Pseudoaplasie und erworbenen Störungen

Zusammenfassung

Anhand von vier Fällen mit fehlerhaftem Ansatz des M. obl. superior (Pseudoaplasie) wird gezeigt, daß ein primär motorisches V-Syndrom nicht notwendig zur Entwicklung anomaler Korrespondenz führt. Die V-Syndrome Schielender werden deshalb nicht für die Ursache, sondern für die Folge „des Schielens“ gehalten: Mangelnde sensorische Kontrolle läßt den Hirnstamm autonom-pathologische Motilitätsweisen ausbilden. — Die Chirurgie solcher Fehlbildungen und die Beziehungen zu traumatischen Störungen werden beschrieben.

Summary

Four cases with faulty insertions of the M. obl. superior (pseudoaplasia) may demonstrate that a primary motoric V-syndrome does not necessarily lead to the development of ARC. Therefore V-syndromes are not regarded as the reason but as a result following strabismus. Lack of sensorial control allows the brainstem to develop autonomous-pathologic forms of motility. The surgery of those deformations and the relation to traumatic disturbances are described.
