Abstract

This paper is to acompared and analyzed power consumption and performance of HDD and DRAM-SSD Storage according to the data I/O accurance. As the analyzed results, the power consumption and performance of DRAM-SSD is small 2.9 times than one of the HDD Storaage at the given performance evaluation condition. And we conform, unit time power consumption was smaller along the data I/O increase.
