Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel werden die Hauptmanifestationen der chronisch-entzündlichen Darmerkrankungen (CED) – Colitis ulcerosa und M. Crohn – bezüglich Häufigkeit, Pathogenese, Morphologie, Differentialdiagnose und Therapieprinzipien erörtert. Die diagnostischen Kriterien zur Diagnose und Klassifikation der CED-assoziierten intraepithelialen Neoplasie und deren Abgrenzung gegenüber dem sporadischen Adenom aufgezeigt. Unter Berücksichtigung typischer extraintestinaler Manifestationen und Komplikationen ergeben sich für die jeweilige Manifestationsform der CED typische diagnostische Befundkonstellationen.
