Zusammenfassung

Komplikationen der Cholezystolithiasis treten gehäuft bei symptomatischer Cholelithiasis auf. Dieses erhöhte Risiko für komplizierten Verlauf ist neben den Beschwerden der Grund für die grundsätzliche Indikation zur Cholezystektomie bei symptomatischer Cholelithiasis. Dieses Kapitel beschreibt die häufigsten Komplikationen der Cholezystolithiasis, nämlich die akute Cholezystitis, biliodigestive Fisteln und das Mirizzi-Syndrom.
