Abstract

The article describes the analysis of software environment used for communication between the user and the control center and to processes data during visualization application environment creation to achieve comfortable control of operational and technological functions in intelligent (smart) buildings and finally, the use of the application in smart houses which provide nursing and assistant services for handicapped people and for the elderly.
