Abstract

This chapter presents a system developed for state structures responsible for ensuring security and stability in the society. The main task of the system is to determine the impact of information stored on various Internet resources on society. The system determines the level of emotionality of comments on certain posts and also the overall average tension provoked by news. The methods TF-IDF and word2vec are used for keywords determination in the text and their transformation into a numerical form. The level of emotionality is defined by an artificial neural network. The overall estimate is obtained by calculating the geometric mean of the coefficients indicating how many times the average number of comments with a negative emotional connotation exceeds the average number of comments for each of the valuations of emotionality of these comments.
