Abstract

In the current era of personalized medicine, the role of medical education is much more pronounced; since we are in the process of a paradigm shift in medicine which mandates rethinking and reengineering our traditional approaches in education. On the other hand, there are a number of well discussed principles and methods in undergraduate and graduate medical education. This chapter presents the audience a wide list of medical education concepts and strategies from A to Z which should be followed if we would like to expand personalized anesthesia and perioperative medicine.
