Abstract

The second part of the paper aims to resolve the reconstruction process of the chassis. The method by which the 3D scanned chassis will be reconstructed is through the utilization of the reverse engineering methods with the help of specialized software. The base point of the reverse engineering is to utilize a discretized 3D model, which in this case was created by 3D scanning. Typically, reverse engineering it is used to analyzing in detail the model, in order to create a new device or similar system, which does not copy anything from the original one.
