Abstract
Based on the grounds and underpinnings for the DELO model presented in Chap. 4. This chapter brings about the project-based action learning (PAL) framework, that serves as the OL vehicle for any organizations that are keen on implementing OL as the development strategy. In this chapter, the rationale and core notions, such as action learning, project-based learning and team learning process are discussed.
