Abstract
Adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma is a mature T-cell neoplasm caused by human T-cell leukemia virus type 1 (HTLV-1). The disease is usually disseminated (including skin involvement) and is composed of highly pleomorphic lymphoid cells.
