Abstract

In the article, the authors turn to the consideration of the issue of increasing the efficiency of investment projects of industrial parks at all stages. The authors of the article point out the importance of localization of foreign production on the territory of the Russian Federation. They point out that the main thing is to audit the materials of the basic engineering of foreign equipment manufacturers. In addition, the development of a task for the design of industrial parks based on own audit of technological processes will save the terms of the project and exclude the risk of stopping production. At the stage of project preparation, an implementation plan is developed that makes it possible to efficiently work with the content, terms of implementation throughout the project. The authors describe the practice of using tools to improve the efficiency of the investment project at all stages. They also, propose tools that enable developing effective conditions for the implementation of industrial parks because of the development of effective public-private partnership projects. In recent years, significant efforts have been made to create and develop a national innovation system. Industrial parks fulfill the most important function of the conducting infrastructure, creating conditions for a sustainable growth of the innovative potential of the regions and reducing the costs of small and medium-sized innovative companies. The use of public-private partnerships is rational in the implementation of projects with a long payback period and a large amount of investment. These projects include industrial park projects, within which an infrastructure is created to develop industrial production. As a result of the implementation of these projects: residents of the industrial park get the opportunity to purchase engineering-prepared land and use additional services; The industrial park increases investment attractiveness and competitiveness; and is also an instrument for solving social problems; The industrial park promotes the development of innovative and knowledge-intensive industrial production.
