Résumé
De très nombreuses investigations neurophysiologiques ont été effectuées à différents niveaux des voies visuelles chez les mammifères ou chez la grenouille. Chez les poissons, par contre, de telles investigations sont encore assez peu nombreuses. Ce sont les raisons pour lesquelles il nous a semblé intéressant d’entreprendre une étude électrophysiologique unitaire des voies visuelles chez un poisson téléostéen: la truite. De courts résumés partiels ont déjà été publiés antérieurement (Galand et al., 1969; Liège et Galand, 1970, 1971a et b).
C’est une chose admirable, que tous les grands hommes ont toujours du caprice, quelque petit grain de folie mêlé à leur science.
