Lacrimal Gland, Tear Film, and Dry Eye Syndromes

Part of the book series: Advances in Experimental Medicine and Biology ((AEMB,volume 350))

Abstract

Non-Sjögren dry eye (NSDE), is a term which may be used to cover a group of local and systemic disorders, excluding Sjögren’s syndrome giving rise to the symptoms and signs of dry eye.Their causes are given in Tables 1,2, and 3.
