Abstract

The aerodynamic principles can be explained that the trajectory of the moving ball by influenced by a variety of environmental disturbances through the way of air flow. Through the analog design of the flight path of the curve of sport ball in the air, this paper analyzed the mechanical analysis of the aerodynamics of the sphere. For the velocity of the sphere, the rotation angle and the surface roughness are different; the impact on the ball movement in the air is also different. By the use of mathematical models, aerodynamic characteristics and the ultimate sports performance of the sphere were analyzed from three angles.
