Abstract

We investigated high gain optical parametric chirped pulse amplifications at 1064 and 780 nm by using LBO crystals and periodically poled LiTa03 (PPLT), pumped by synchronized frequency-doubled Nd:glass laser, Ti: sapphire laser, and Nd:YAG laser. Gain of 6 × 1010 at 1064 nm with three-stage amplifiers, single pass gain of 3.7 × 106 at 780 nm using LBO, and single pass gain of 1.7 × 106 at 1064 nm in a PPLT have been demonstrated.
