Natriuretisch-diuretische Wirkung von appetithemmenden Amphetamin-Derivaten

Zusammenfassung

Der Einfluß von Amphetamin-Derivaten auf Harnbildung und renale Ausscheidung von Natrium, Kalium und Chlorid wurde an Ratten untersucht. Dabei zeigte sich, daß die natriuretischdiuretische Wirkung von D-Amphetamin auch Amphetamin-Abkömmlingen zukommt, die als Appetitzügler im Gebrauch sind.

Summary

The actions of some derivatives of amphetamine on the renal excretion of sodium, potassium and chlorides were studied in rats. It appeared that the natriureticdiuretic effect of D-Amphetamine (which has been found not only in rats but also in humans) is shared by chlorphentermine and related anorexigenic agents in clinical use.
