Zusammenfassung
An gesunden Versuchspersonen und an Patienten mit einer Maldigestion und Malabsorption wurde die Resorption von Vitamin A-Palmitat gelöst in Arachisöl und in einem Triglycerid mittelkettiger Fettsäuren (MCT) untersucht. Hierbei ergab sich, daß Vitamin A aus beiden Lösungsmitteln in gleichem Maße resorbiert wird.
Summary
The absorption of vitamin A-palmitate diluted in peanut oil and in a triglyceride of medium chain fatty acids (MCT) was tested in healthy subjects and in patients suffering from maldigestion and malabsorption. It could be shown that vitamin A is equally absorbed from both solvents.
