Zusammenfassung

Die Aus- und Weiterbildung ist einer der Schlüsselfaktoren, um die Produktivität von Individuen und damit Unternehmen zu steigern (Gupta und Bostrom 2013; Arthur et al. 2003). Vor dem Hintergrund einer lernerfolgsorientierten Aus- und Weiterbildung spielt der Einsatz von verschiedenen Technologien im Lehr-/ Lernszenario eine große Rolle. Üblicherweise wird auf dieses Konzept als IT-gestütztes Lernen referenziert, welches durch eine sinnvolle IT-Unterstützung im Lehr-Lern-Prozess das Lernergebnis positiv beeinflussen, Kostenvorteile ermöglichen , den Austausch von Know-how in einem globalen Umfeld fördern und Lernmöglichkeiten für benachteiligte Standorte bieten kann (Webster und Hackley 1997; López-Pérez et al. 2011).
