Antioxidant treatment of Nkx3.1−/− mice decreases prostatic ROS.
(A) Nkx3.1−/− mice were treated with 5 mM N-acetylcysteine (NAC) ad lib in their drinking water postweaning for 13 weeks. Mice were sacrificed for analysis at the end of treatment (16 weeks of age).
