Abstract

The effect of pH on the molar solubility of amorphous and crystalline hydroxides M(OH)3 and metahydroxides MO(OH), where M is B, Al, Ga, In, or Tl, in aqueous alkaline and acidic media at 25°C was calculated thermodynamically taking into account the formation of hydroxo complexes.
